Time Pencil (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is designed to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what the app accesses and why. By using the app you agree to this policy.

What the app accesses

• Calendar. With your explicit permission, the app reads and writes events in your device’s calendar so it can show your day on the clock and let you create or edit events. This stays on your device and in your own calendar account — we do not copy it to, or store it on, any server of ours.
• App settings & clock data (your colors, notes, and preferences) are stored locally on your device.

What we do NOT collect

We do not require an account or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or location, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Purchases

In-app purchases (the optional Pro subscription and lifetime unlock) are processed by Apple and Google. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage your purchase. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous app user ID and your purchase/receipt details so it can confirm your access — it does not receive your name or payment card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy. We never receive your payment information.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your choices

You can revoke calendar access at any time in your device Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
